Southern BBQ Beef Sandwich
A zesty barbecue sandwich topped with cream deli coleslaw.
1/2 lb lean ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped green peppers
1/3 cup ketchup
4 1/2 tsps cider vinegar
3 tsps unpacked brown sugar
3 tsps or 1 packet prepared mustard
1/2 cup cream deli coleslaw
In a non-stick skillet, cook the beef, onion and green pepper over medium heat for 4-5 minutes or until meat is no longer pink; drain.
Stir in the ketchup, vinegar, brown sugar and mustard.
Bring to boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 5-7 minutes or until thickened.
Spoon onto roll bottoms; top with coleslaw. Replace roll tops.
