12 oz mozzarella, shredded
16 oz ricotta, part skim
1 large egg
1 tsp leaves oregano
32 oz spaghetti sauce
10 oz spinach, chopped
1 <span class="measurestring" title="cup (8 fl oz)">cup</span> water
8 oz lasagna
Pre-heat oven to 350 °F (175 °C).
In large bowl, mix ricotta, 1 cup of mozzarella, egg, spinach and oregano.
Grease a 13" x 9" x 4" pan, notice that four inches, so toppings have room and don't stick.
Layer 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce, 1/3 uncooked noodles, and half of cheese mixture. Repeat.
Top with remaining noodles, sauce and reserved mozzarella.
Pour water around edges, cover and bake 350 °F for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
