Eggs with frozen spinach and mushrooms.

1 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
2 dashes black pepper
1/2 cup mushroom slices
1 cup frozen spinach
Melt butter on a skillet over medium heat.
Once butter has melted, add mushrooms and spinach.
Beat eggs, adding spices.
Once spinach is warmed, add eggs.
Mix in eggs and prepare to your liking of scrambled.
