  1. Combine all the grains in a pot. Rinse and drain until the water runs clear. Drain rinse water.
  2. Add water and cook in rice cooker. Use the recommended water for whichever cooking method used.
  3. Note: freeze any unused grains in 1 cup portions. Reheats so beautifully.
