Strawberry Breakfast Smoothie
A wonderful tasting and very filling smoothie.
100 g strawberry banana yogurt, lowfat
3/4 cup whole strawberries, fresh or frozen
1 tbsp ground flaxseed seeds, freshly milled
4 oz cranberry-grape juice
Put 5 large or 10 small ice cubes in the blender with the cranberry-grape juice and blend.
Add yogurt and strawberries and continue to blend until smooth.
Add flax seeds and blend briefly and then pour in to a glass and enjoy.
