Directions
  1. Put 5 large or 10 small ice cubes in the blender with the cranberry-grape juice and blend.
  2. Add yogurt and strawberries and continue to blend until smooth.
  3. Add flax seeds and blend briefly and then pour in to a glass and enjoy.
