Cook pasta until tender, about 10-12 minutes. Drain pasta thoroughly and rinse under cold water. |

In a large bowl, combine pasta, tuna, onions, peas, salad dressing and pepper. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

To serve, place one cup of spinach on individual plates. Top each serving with 1/4 cup tuna salad and serve immediately. |

Tip: to make a complete and colorful meal, serve this tuna salad with a blend of cubed cantaloupe, red grapes and strawberry halves. For variety top the salad with fresh dill or chives. |
