Turkey Burgers II
Adding the moistened bread crumbs make these burgers juicy and delicious.
1/4 cup panko crispy plain bread crumbs
2 lbs ground turkey 93/7
2 tsps chicken seasoning
2 tbsps 1% milk
2 large egg whites
1/4 tsp black pepper
Spray a large pan with cooking spray and heat to medium-high.
Combine bread crumbs, milk, and egg whites in a large bowl. Add turkey, steak seasoning, and pepper. Using hands, gently mix until blended.
Divide mixture into 6 equal portions and shape into 1/2" thick patties.
Place patties in pan. Cook 13-15 minutes or until done, flipping patties half way through cooking time.
Remove from pan and let rest 5-8 minutes.
