Slice the turkey kielbasa (or polish sausage) cross-ways, to may 1/4" oblong pieces. Brown each side in fry pan.
Brown the turkey sausage, in pan, remove grease, if any.
Add the meat, green beans, corn (optional), carrots, celery, onion, chicken stock, spices, Worcestershire sauce, and a dash of liquid smoke, (except for fresh cilantro, to be added before serving), and fill crock with water.
Cook on low for about 10 hours, add seasonings to taste.
Note: you can add other vegetables and have fun with it!
