Directions

1. Heat olive oil in large pot.
2. Sauté onion and garlic until tender, then add green and red peppers, zucchini (which has been chopped), and turkey breast (which has been previously cooked and cut up into bite-size pieces).
3. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until tender.
4. Add canned tomatoes and vegetable juice, stir and crush up whole tomatoes.
5. Add all remaining ingredients, stir well and bring to boil.
6. Cover, lower heat, and simmer for 1 hour.
