Vegetable & Cheese Omelet
Great omelet recipe for Fat Smash (Phase 1 minus the cheese).
1 <span class="measurestring" title="slice (1 oz)">slice</span> provolone cheese
1 oz milk, low fat
1 large egg
3 large egg whites
1 dash pepper, to taste
1 dash salt
1/4 cup cauliflower
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1/4 cup flowerets broccoli
Spray a pan with some cooking spray like Pam.
In a bowl, whip the egg and egg whites and milk together.
While the pan is heating on the stove, chop up the broccoli, cauliflower, and green pepper.
Add the egg mixture to the pan. When the eggs have firmed, add the vegetables and the slice of cheese.
Fold in half, and flip once.
