Vietnamese Vermicelli Noodles
Sensational noodle bowl with grilled shrimp, grilled chicken, pork, carrots, lettuce and onion with fish sauce.
3 oz chicken breast
4 tbsps fish sauce
3 oz pork
1/2 cup chopped grated carrot
1/2 cup shredded or chopped lettuce
1/2 cup chopped green onion
3 medium shrimp
1 cup rice noodles
Grill pork and chicken and slice into narrow 2" strips, and grill shrimp on skewer, all over a charcoal grill.
Boil vermicelli rice noodles for 1 minute, drain and put in large soup bowl.
Add grated carrot, shredded lettuce and chopped green onion.
Add grilled meat and shrimp.
Serve with Vietnamese fish sauce.
