Bacon Wrapped Meatballs II
Bacon wrapped meatballs without the cheese.
1 lb ground beef
12 thin bacon slices
2 tsps garlic powder
2 tsps chili powder
1/4 tsp seasoned salt
1 medium egg
Preheat oven to 375 °F (190 °C). Line a baking sheet with non-stick foil.
Mix all ingredients except bacon together in bowl.
Use melon baller (or similar) to create 12 medium sized meatballs.
Wrap each meatball in a slice of bacon.
Cook for 35 minutes.
Note: try squirting Cajun blast BBQ basting sauce or sprinkling bacon salt onto meatballs.
