1/3 cup green peas
1/3 cup corn
1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
400 ml water
1 tsp thyme
Place all vegetables, along with onion, garlic and thyme in a pressure cooker.
Add water and bring to a boil.
Pour cooked vegetables, along with vegetable broth in a mixer.
Add salt and cheese. Blend all ingredients well until smooth.
