1. | Slice the turkey kielbasa (or polish sausage) cross-ways, to may 1/4" oblong pieces. Brown each side in fry pan. |
2. | Brown the turkey sausage, in pan, remove grease, if any. |
3. | Add the meat, green beans, corn (optional), carrots, celery, onion, chicken stock, spices, Worcestershire sauce, and a dash of liquid smoke, (except for fresh cilantro, to be added before serving), and fill crock with water. |
4. | Cook on low for about 10 hours, add seasonings to taste. |
5. | Note: you can add other vegetables and have fun with it! |
