||Pour 2 cups of water into a pot. Add all the whole spices, smashing the cardamom with the back of a spoon.
||Bring to a boil. Let simmer until the mixture is a dark brown and 3/4 of the liquid is gone (about half an hour).
||Add the tea leaves. Stir and let steep for a few seconds.
||Add the honey and almond milk.
||Bring almost to a boil. Pour into a glass through a big tea strainer or sieve.
||Sprinkle with some cinnamon.
