2 tsps sugar
4 tbsps whipped cream
4 tsps cinnamon
1 <span class="measurestring" title="cup (8 fl oz)">cup</span> water
4 cups white rice, cooked
10 oz apples
Peel apples and remove the core, dice and set aside.
Pour water into a saucepan and bring to boil. Add sugar when boiling.
Add apples to the sweet water and cook until soft and transparent, about 5 minutes on high heat.
Add rice to the apples and simmer for 5 minutes on medium heat.
Serve with whipped cream and cinnamon.
