Cinnamon Oatmeal Bars
Enjoy these baked cinnamon bars as a breakfast, snack or dessert.
1 cup oat flour
1/2 cup apple sauce
15 drops sweetener liquid
1 cup almond milk
1 dash sea salt
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
2 large egg whites
1 tbsp cinnamon
2 tsps baking powder
5 tsps brown sugar
Preheat oven to 350 °F (175 °C). Spray an 8 X 8 inch dish with non-stick spray.
In medium bowl combine all dry ingredients.
In separate bowl combine all wet ingredients.
Combine both mixtures together.
Bake for 25 minutes.
