Cucumber and Onion Salad

  1. Place cucumbers and onions in a non-metallic medium bowl.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients in a small mixing bowl. Stir well. Pour over cucumbers and onions.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Stir occasionally.
  4. Note: Splenda is optional as well as the vinegar. Have fun and add what you feel would taste best.
