Cucumber and Onion Salad
Semi-sweet and tart snack that is both healthy and delicious.
1 tbsp white vinegar
1/2 tsp Splenda
0.12 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp salt
2 1/2 cups cucumber slices
1/2 slice, thin onion
Place cucumbers and onions in a non-metallic medium bowl.
Combine remaining ingredients in a small mixing bowl. Stir well. Pour over cucumbers and onions.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Stir occasionally.
Note: Splenda is optional as well as the vinegar. Have fun and add what you feel would taste best.
