  1. Preheat the oven to 400 °F (205 °C).
  2. Melt cream cheese and Colby jack in the microwave for 1 minute, mix until combined (microwave longer of needed).
  3. Add almond flour, baking powder and egg, mix with spoon until roughly combined then by hand until fully combined.
  4. Slit into 4 and plop on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until deep golden brown. Let sit until almost cool (or they will be ultra mushy).
