Vegan pizza with a variety of vegetables.
1/8 tsp Himalayan pink salt crystals
1/4 cup spaghetti sauce
1/4 cup green bell peppers
1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
1/2 cup white flour
1/4 tbsp dry yeast
1 medium tomato
5 tbsps basil
1 1/2 fl oz water
Mix flour, water, salt and yeast together and make the dough. Let it sit for 30 minutes until rises twice the size and it's ready to use as a pizza crust.
Roll out the dough in a thin circle. Spread tomato sauce evenly, top it off with tomato slices, sprinkle bell peppers and sliced mushrooms.
Bake for 15 minutes in a 545 °F (285 °C) preheated oven. Enjoy.
