Blueberry Kefir Protein Shake
Breakfast or lunch shake that tastes great.
1/2 <span class="measurestring" title="cup (8 fl oz)">cup</span> kefir
3/4 cup blueberries
1/2 cup nonfat milk
1 oz protein powder
1 tbsp honey
Put frozen or fresh blueberries, protein powder, milk, kefir or yogurt, and honey in blender and blend until smooth. It takes about 1 minute.
Serve in large glass and enjoy.
