Chicken Pitta Sandwich
Who said a lowfat lunchtime meal had to be boring, this is a real treat and sure to please.
1 <span class="measurestring" title="pita, large (6-1/2" dia)">large</span> pita bread
1 oz broccoli, chopped
1 oz squash
1 oz yellow pepper
1 oz sweet red pepper
1 oz cauliflower
1 tbsp sesame seed sauce
4 oz cooked chicken breast, sliced
Cut pitta bread in half and open each to make a pocket.
Toss the vegetables and sesame seed sauce together and spoon into the pita halves.
Add half of the chicken to each pitta pocket.
