1/2 cup 2% milk
2 tbsps olive oil
1 cup bread crumbs
Mix together sour cream, milk and italian seasoning into a bowl. Put bread crumbs into another bowl.
Drizzle olive oil onto a large baking sheet.
Dip chicken into milk mixture first, then into crumb mixture, and place on oiled baking sheet.
Bake 350 °F (175 °C) for 40 minutes.
