Ingredients
Directions
  1. Sauté chopped onion and minced garlic with oil until onions are soft and golden brown.
  2. Add ground beef. Cook throughout.
  3. Add chopped green peppers and chopped and seeded jalapeno pepper. Cook until soft.
  4. Add corn (already boiled and off the ear).
  5. Add crushed and stewed tomatoes and water. Add beans. Bring to boil.
  6. Add seasonings, add and subtract based on personal preference.
  7. Serve with sour cream, cheddar cheese, and/or chopped white onions.
