Shrimp Stir-Fry II
Shrimp stir fry without the noodles and less carbs.
20 oz frozen shrimp
1 package frozen stir fry vegetables
1 can water chestnuts
1/2 cup reduced fat Italian dressing
10 tbsp teriyaki sauce
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp ginger
Heat frozen vegetables in large sauce pan with olive oil for approximately five minutes.
Mix Italian dressing, teriyaki sauce and ginger and mix in with vegetables.
When vegetables are cooked, add thawed, de-vained shrimp.
Cook additional five minutes until shrimp is cooked all the way through, and enjoy!
