Brown Rice and Garbanzo Beans

2 cups brown rice
15 1/2 oz garbanzo beans
2 tbsps chicken seasoning
8 oz tomato sauce, low sodium
1 cup frozen broccoli
Warm a medium sized pan to medium high heat. Spray with cooking spray.
Add frozen broccoli and seasoning.
When heated almost through add garbanzo beans, tomato sauce and cooked brown rice.
Heat all the way through.
