Garden Vegetable Stacker
A delicious quick 10 minute snack.
6 oz mozzarella cheese, skim
6 leaves basil
1/3 cup zesty italian dressing, fat free
1/2 cup slices cucumber
6 slices, thin red onion
2 <span class="measurestring" title="large whole (3" dia)">large whole</span> tomatoes
Cut both large tomatoes into 6 slices of tomato each.
Place the 6 of the tomato slices separately on a plate and top each with a cheese slice. Drizzle with half of the Italian dressing.
Then top each one with an onion slice, 2 cucumber slices and the second tomato slice.
Drizzle the rest of the dressing over the 6 stackers and top each one with a basil leaf.
