Garlic Shrimp and Couscous
For dinner in a hurry that everyone will love that's satisfying with a salad or vegetables on the side.
1 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves fresh garlic
1/3 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1 lb shrimp, frozen
1/2 lb couscous
Prepare couscous according to package directions.
Heat olive oil in a saucepan on medium heat. Add shrimp and garlic and cook until tender.
Once couscous is done (about 5 minutes) fluff with a fork and put on a platter.
Top with garlic shrimp.
Sprinkle chopped parsley on top and serve.
