4 dashes pepper
4 dashes salt
2 tbsps olive oil
1/2 cup chopped onions
3 <span class="measurestring" title="potato large (3" to 4-1/4" dia)">large</span> potatoes
Cut up potatoes into small chunks.
Cut up onions.
Put 1 tablespoon of olive oil on aluminum foil.
Place potatoes and onions on foil.
Add seasonings and remaining tablespoon of olive oil.
Wrap foil so that it is sealed and no liquid leaks out.
Place foil packet on grill (medium heat) and grill for about 30 minutes.
Note: For a faster cook time, you can partially pre-cook potatoes and onions in a microwave (without foil). This will greatly reduce cooking time.
