Peach, Mango, Banana and Pineapple Smoothie
It's like a luau in your mouth, super delicious and packed with goodness.
1/2 cup mango
1 cup vanilla rice milk
1 cup peaches, sliced
1 <span class="measurestring" title="medium (7" to 7-7/8" long)">medium</span> banana
1/2 cup pineapple chunks
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
Peel and chop banana, place in a blender.
Add vanilla whey protein and vanilla rice milk.
Add mango, peaches and pineapple.
Blend ingredients using the ice crush mode on the blender. Give it a few good pumps until most of it is broken down. Then switch to liquify mode.
Pour into glasses and serve.
