Santa Rosa Mexican Salad
A yummy Mexican salad with a little less fat and a lot less carbs.
1 oz fat free sour cream
1/4 lb lean ground turkey
2 tbsps salsa
1 cup shredded or chopped iceberg lettuce
1 stalk green onion
2 oz fat free shredded cheese, shredded
Cook turkey until browned, drain any fat.
Grate cheese, chop onion and cut avocado into slices.
Prepare salad as desired
Add salsa and sour cream as dressing.
