Black Bean Salad
A great salad for summer that tastes incredible.

  1. Drain and wash the black beans and corn.
  2. Dice the tomato, green pepper and red onion.
  3. Chop the cilantro.
  4. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
  5. Juice the limes and pour over.
  6. Add a tablespoon of olive oil.
  7. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Mix and enjoy. I like to chill it for a bit.
