4 medium zucchini
3 <span class="measurestring" title="medium whole (2-3/5" dia)">medium whole</span> tomatoes
1 cup chopped onion
5 medium carrots
16 oz canned tomatoes
1 cup fire roasted tomatoes
8 oz crushed tomatoes
16 oz kidney beans
Chop all ingredients.
Add cans of fire roasted tomatoes and crushed tomatoes to pot.
Add vegetables and beans.
Simmer well till vegetables are tender.
