Baked bran muffins with molasses and raisins.
1 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup molasses
1 <span class="measurestring" title="cup (4.86 large eggs)">cup</span> egg
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup corn oil
1/2 cup packed raisins
2 1/2 tsps baking powder
1 cup all-bran buds
Pre-heat oven to 400 °F (200 °C).
Mix wet ingredients with bran (until mushy).
Add egg and dry ingredients. Form into muffins.
Bake for 15-20 minutes.
