Seaside Fish Fingers
Baked low fat fish sticks.
24 <span class="measurestring" title="oz, boneless, raw (yield after cooking)">oz boneless</span> cod
2/3 cup skim milk
2/3 cup white flour
1 cup plain bread crumbs
1/4 cup margarine
Cut fish in 3" x 1"pieces.
Dip in milk, then in flour, and again in milk.
Make crumbs with remaining ingredients.
Sip in crumbs. Place on sprayed cookie sheet.
Bake at 450° F (220° C) for 10-12 minutes.
