Creamy Baked Oatmeal
Homemade baked oatmeal with raisins, cinnamon, brown sugar and pecans.
1 1/2 cups quick oats
1 <span class="measurestring" title="oz (20 halves)">oz</span> pecans
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup raisins
1 <span class="measurestring" title="cup (8 fl oz)">cup</span> water
1/3 cup brown sugar
2 cups skim milk
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
Pour into a sprayed 8x8" baking pan or pie plate.
Bake at 350 °F (175 °C) for 30 minutes.
Note: any leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator and warmed in a microwave.
