Parmesan Cheese Popcorn
Popcorn with grated parmesan cheese for a quick snack.
3 tbsps salted butter
2 tbsps parmesan cheese
1 tsp salt
20 cups air popped white popcorn
Pop popcorn (usually 1/2 cup unpopped will yield approximately 20 cups of popped corn).
Melt butter either in microwave or on stovetop.
Drizzle approximately 1/3 of the melted butter over popped corn.
Sprinkle approximately 1/3 of the parmesan cheese over popped corn.
Sprinkle approximately 1/3 of the salt over popped corn.
Stir corn to distribute butter, cheese and salt.
Repeat steps 3-6 until all ingredients are added and distributed. Enjoy!
Note: one serving equals approximately 5 cups popped corn.
